Thanks Al! I might still be a whippersnapper, but I fully intend to keep using it!
So hard to fit time into weight training upper body as the legs get whacked pretty good, but the good new is that you don't need a lot. Just as core can be done with a few planks, prone and side. Pick up some dumbbells and do a circuit of a giant set like a superset on steroids 10 min or less and your done.
