HM in two weeks
I was talking to a friend of mine about my HM coming up so he asked me how I think I will do; I gave it back to him down to the minute.
I started to think on that a little more. I'm training for a Mary in Nov so this HM is for fun, because I can do it, and a good training tool for nutrition and execution.
I really will not be able to hold that pace/time I told my friend as I will not be rested or tapered being as I'm in marathon training, however I would like to do the best I can do.
Anyone have any suggestions on racing this HM?
