IMFL is target race so in Week 15 of Int plan and RR this Saturday. Weather calling for chance of storms Saturday so thinking of feasibility to rearrange the week with the RR on either Wed or Thurs (taking a vacation day).
The plan, as you know Wed is the FTP bike and Thursday the LR and Friday the RR swim...
I have some thoughts but might as well get my $$ worth from the Coach as this is my first ever Micro post in 3+ years.

I would go Wed as RR Swim, Thurs as Race Sim. Friday off. Sat is Wed Bike, Sun is the long run. Monday is swim only or off if you are tired from the long run...hope that helps and keep me posted!!!
This might be all for naught as the Saturday forecast of T-storms has changed to 80F and Sunny!!
Will try and post up a proper RR pre and post write-up as it is my first for IM distance.
Week 18 and again need to likely juggle the RR. My thoughts below...
M - HMP Run
T - Monday "Fast Swim" and Interval Run
W - FTP Bike
Th - Swim RR
F - Race Rehearsal
S - OFF (Daughter's swim meet - main reason I am juggling)
S - Long Run (and more swim meet)
