2014 Season Plan

Rich,  Thanks for my season training plan.  Are the workouts updated for 2014 or are they still in progress?

    Thanks for the quick response.  I wanted to give you more status and get additional feedback from you.  I did IM Wisconsin after doing your camp (I was one of the ones from KC with the two speedfill bottles on my bike...remember the discussion about basically two straws negates a race wheel?)  Anyway, your camp was awesome and it totally set me up for a great race.  I ended up with about only 10 weeks of solid training but still finished in 10:42 (need to be at 10:09 to qualify) but the key was I finally had a COMPLETE race.  Think Patrick is analyzing my power file, but really held back on the bike (probably too much) and felt awesome on the run.  I felt great within 5 days of the race and decided I'm not ready to end the season.   Hence, the program you sent me for IM Texas and then potentially IM Louisville. I've also since decided I'm planning to run a marathon October 13th...Should I load the run focus or should I load the marathon training program?

    Thanks again for setting me up for success at IM Wisconsin!!
