Rides this Weekend

Hi Coaches,

Im in week 13 of the Intermediate IM plan. I would like to know if it is possible to switch my Sat 240min ride to Sunday and ride my Sun 180min ride on Sat? Some local people are riding a hilly course on Sunday that I would like to do. Given the course, it will take us about 4hrs to complete the loop.

@Danielle, ALWAYS okay...just be mindful your monday might need to be a bit lighter if you are carrying too much fatigue...you can head that off a bit by not going nuts on Saturdays ABP ride!
