Thanks so much for putting together my season plan last week. Quick question... You wanted me to load up run focused plan now, but I just wanted to verify that this should be the "run focused block" and not the "run durability" plan?

    Patrick published those plans after/while I was writing your SP. I recommend you find his notes on those plans (I think in the admin forum) and go from there.
