Hi,
I need to add strength training into my training plan. This is needed to help rehab some current injuries, as well as improve overall strength and conditioning for injury prevention.
I'm starting the Run Durability plan through October, and will then move to the November OS plan. For both of these plans, which would be the best days to insert 2-3 strength training days into the schedule?

Mondays and Fridays (days off) in the OS plan are best. I suggest you ask for Patrick's advice in the Micro Forum re the best placement for those sessions in the RD plan. I'm not very familiar with it yet, sorry!
