Race Captain Needed!!!!

Hi gang, I am looking for a race captain to help me make IMCozumel a great experience for everyone on the team. Here is what the volunteer position would entail.....all in exchange for kudo`s from your fellow team mates and 1 FREE month of EN!!!

Race Captain/Co-Captain Overview

Key Roles:

• Point-of-contact for all things TeamEN for your race

• Work with EN Race Director for suppor

• Rally the team to participate in EN Race Group/Race Director helps with this via emails

• Nudge group to:

  
  

  • Post race rehearsal plan in the forum

  • Post race rehearsal results in the forum

  • Post race plan in the forum

Set-up Team Dinner:

• A restaurant that has no minimum $$ commitment for a group, if possible.

• Hopefully individual checks.

• In a private room, if possible.

• Members RSVP on Team Information Form.  

• Have team RSVP to Team Dinner up to 7 days out from dinner date shown on TIF - noting that if they respond “Yes” they are financially responsible, if applicable.  They can change their response until 7 days from the dinner date.

Set-up Meet-Up Locations and Times

• Pre-race swim

• Pre-race bike course recon

• Pre-race run recon

• Casual meet-up spots:  

  
  

  • Pub or the like in evening

  • Maybe a breakfast

• Post-race (evening of event) beers and grub and happy dance!

• Post-race breakfast, if desired.
