Hi Patrick,

 I need to add strength training into my training plan. This is needed to help rehab some current injuries, as well as improve overall strength and conditioning for injury prevention.

I'm starting the Run Durability plan through October. Which would be the best days to insert 2-3 strength training days into the schedule?

  • @Mike I would start with two days, Monday and Friday for now. Note that we do have some functional strength stuff in the Wiki under Self Coaching....before you start powerlifting or something...
