In IM training plan - switching RR day to one week earlier
I am racing IMFL - the plan calls for a RR on 10/19. Due to scheduling, 10/12 would be easier. Requesting feedback on the switch and how to reorg workouts.

Take the Thursday thru Sunday from the Simulation Week and bring it forward...then do the opposite next week so you get in that long run and the weekend. The only edit is that you might want to cut that Sunday down on the 20th as we are getting close to race day...but first. focus on that simulation. Outline the race plan, etc.
