Race Meet up

Hello fellow IMFL racers. I am working the EN pre race info. I have reservations for 35 at Bonefish Grill 641 W. 23d St Panama City, FL 850-747-9331, 31 Oct (Thurs) @ 5:00 PM. Please RSVP with me NLT 24 Oct @ 5:00 PM so I can adjust accordingly.

Also, Brenda suggested from previous years we meet up at Mellow Mushroom post race. 8746 Thomas Dr. Panama City Beach, FL 850-249-0777. Hours. Mon - Thurs 11-10, Fri - Sat 11-11, and Sun 11-10.

We can also do breakfast at the closest Waffle House too.

I assume the Bonefish Grill on Hutchinson Blvd couldn't accommodate?

I went to WWW.bonefishgrill and put in Panama City and that was the one that popped up. Called and asked for 35 seats. I am not from Panama City and not sure of the lay of the land. I hope the one I reserved is okay.

It is fine and appreciate the effort. There is a difference between Panama City and Panama City Beach. The one you choose is the former (PC) while the Hutchinson Island location is PCB (where more of us are staying I assume).

Being back in PC might be slightly less hectic - not a bad thing at all...

Hi everyone, just a reminder that you need to RSVP to the dinner by going to the the EN Event Sheet, so Jerry can confirm numbers with the restaurant race week. Please make sure that you bring cash to the dinner, as the restaurant is asking for one bill and ultimately they will go to Jerry to pay the bill, because he made the reservation. Just confirmed reservations...asked for 50 seats based off the admin spreadsheet. We will more than likely be spread out across the dining room because of the size. Please be patient....the manager stated he will be able to care of us.
