Coach R - txs for my season plan. I forgot to mention that I'm currently training for Philly half marathon in mid-November and then plan on taking a break, so I'd like to start 2014 with the JOS, not the NOS as you're showing my season plan. I'm kinda of iffy on the DC half marathon. Thinking of doing marine corps half marathon as A race and then start building to Patriots HIM. Thoughts? Thanks!

Coach R -- Thanks for the reworked plan. One question, the SP would have me dropping out of the JOS after week 12 (not week 13 since I don't start till next week) instead of completing through final testing. Is that alright, or should I finish JOS and do two less weeks of the GF plan? Or should I do OS week 14 in week 12 so I know what my final test #s are?? I definitely want to do the two weeks of swim camp after OS - I remember last year how fried I was after OS and need the two weeks to recover.

Ugg...you said in your survey that you started the OS THIS week, as in Dec 30. Please confirm is you are / are not in the OS plan THIS week. Thanks.
I'm taking you out of the OS early so you can do 2 weeks of Swim Camp and more weeks of the GF plan, because you've indicated that MCM Half Marathon is an A-race for you.
