The Team EN tracker and all other related links are on the Dashboard. This place is where you can keep the Team updated on what's going on, your observations, etc....it becomes a really cool record for the athletes to review afterwards too!!! Thanks Team!

Kona Vets - For those who have danced here before... Race Hard, but Race Smart - and LEAVE IT ALL ON THE COURSE!!!

Kona Rookies - Savor EVERY second of the dance! It is truly magical day - unlike anything else in the triathlon world. Race Smart! You can race hard and leave it all on the course, but make sure you cross the finish line! If there is a triathlon heaven, it includes the last mile of the run course :-)

Possibly even more impressive was Teri's 2:27 in T1 ... that T zone is a loooooong run all the way around the pier; she was thirty seconds faster than Dave T, who is a student of fast transitions.

Hopefully, she can top her 12th in Vegas 70.3 WC last month.

Almost 4 am here and I got back up to watch the last 1/2 hour and saw Kate cross the line. Then Jay finished with Hariott. Great finish.
