Download Triner Road Workout to WKO

Just started with Trainer Road this past weekend. How do I Download a ride file into Training Peaks WKO+?

I don't know about that. I've always used the file from my Garmin. The TR app just keeps the workouts on their site without a user-downloadable file - I think.

Just figured it out.

To get your Trainer Road workout into Training Peaks WKO+ do the following:

From Trainer Road click the red DOWNLOAD button. This will create a .TCX file. Save that file in a folder for later.

From Training Peaks click FILE then OPEN WORKOUT(find your .TCX file). Your Trainer Road workout data will open in Training Peaks. Then save the file like normal.

Once you download it, you can also just drag the file over to WKO+ and it will save it.
