Suggestions for a HIM bike relay
Hey Coaches - I have my HIM relay this weekend - I'm doing the bike portion. Do you have any suggestions for how I should warm up before I get on since I will not have done the swim? Thanks

If it were me, I think I'd just do an easy run during my swimmers swim, and time it so that I ran about 25-30' and finished about 3-5' before their expected finish time.
