I would like to adjust my season plan Quassy 6/1 and Louiville7/24. Doing Quassy will also give me 2 more weeks between.
Ok. We can make that adjustment near the end of the OutSeason. Just reach out to me by resubmitting your Season Planning Survey in mid-January and I'll fix it.
Here's your updated Season Plan, as promised. This is where you'll return to post all your "coach" questions as responses; I'll see them and reply. This first post is my best outline of how to proceed with your races, but you can ask any / all questions you want. So post away, know that I reply here usually Monday & Friday each week.

These are your recommended training plans, including the date you should start each one (sometimes you won’t complete a full plan but transition to another one). You can change your plans on within Final Surge by clicking on the Training Plans > View My Plans. If you need help manipulating your plans in Final Surge, be sure to check out our Help Site. Remember, you can learn more about each plan and find related plan resources on the Plan Descriptions and Resources page.

Your Notes
Have done 11 1/2's and 4 fulls, but haven't raced since last May, and not much in the last 2 years, have been hampered with some "tracking" problems in right knee. Seems to have been some muscle imbalances, and I think were ok. Been doing the Run Durability this fall, and progressing well. So far, what I'm looking at for 2020 is Rev3 Williamsburg on 6/27(local for me), a local HIM on 9/12, and IMFLA on Nov.7, deferred from 2019.In Phase 3 Run Durability, running about 16-20 miles a week.
Hey Coach P, thanks for the plan and the training advice-always appreciated. Noticed one thing that may change the plan a little, the Rev 3 half is on 6/27/20/ not 7/27/20. About taking breaks, we will vacation for a week during spring break and right after the 6/27 half.

@Mark Lane Thanks for catching that...I have fixed it now...so you will race, vacation/recover, and then get to work!
