Run Durability Training
Coach, My question is regarding the run durability training long run. The program calls for 70 minutes at GRP. This is much slower than my normal training runs of that time length. Does it negatively effect the training if I push the pace. For instance, my normal training pace is 7:35 to 7:45 for that time. My goal race pace is 8:45 to 8:50. Thanks
