TrainerRoad
Hi all
Just joined couple of days ago and really excited to find out how far I can go with EN's help
Ok here goes my first (dumb) question. Since I use TrainerRoad extensively to relieve boredom (I'm from Malta, and island of 316 sq km and 417,000 inhabitants, so riding exclusively outdoors would lower my life expectancy to about 40yrs), are the workouts prescribed by EN available up and running on TR? Or would I have to go ahead and create them myself with the Workout Creator app?
Hope I'm not rehashing an old topic which has already been discussed and closed! Did a search but this question doesn't seem to have come up.
Thanks
Cliff

A lot of us inside da Haus use TrainerRoad. Awesome program. Hopefully someone else will chime in with the actual thread, but here's the short version. Last yr a "private" group was created for EN inside of TrainerRoad. So you have to get permission and be approved to join (I forget exactly how). Once inside that group, you will see a whole bunch (but not all) of the EN workouts. Particularly, several volunteers "created" almost all of the OS workouts in last yr's plans for Beg, Intermediate, and Advanced levels. I still find myself using some of those workouts for a random mid week FTP ride as I am currently doing a run durability focused plan before this yr's OS starts for me in January.
Stay tuned and some smart person will chime in with how to be permissioned for the EN group inside of TR.
Who has the spoon and the information?

Cliff,
You are covered as per Coach P's recent post on the dashboard "2014 OS workouts loaded into Trainer Road...coming to a paincave near you soon!!! "
Gordon
that link from above doesn't go anywhere for me. is there a new 2014 version of a link that will let me get in on this?
Hey all thanks for your replies. Just discovered how to get to this page (lol) and found all you amazing guys and your super fast replies
Took me a while but I managed to find what I was looking for with TrainerRoad. Bring on the pain tomorrow!
Oh, and for those of you testing.....it's important to use the one titled FTP test, NOT the one 20 minute test as the rest time between the 5 min all out is different in these 2 workouts.
