Got the Training Plan for next year. Only question I have is if I can do a big bike week the week leading up to my 2 centuries?
Thanks!
Sure. Do you mean a BBW in advance of the centuries? You don't need to, ie, your existing fitness would be fine. It might be better to make those centuries part of a BBW. IE, do another long ride the day after/before those centuries, using the rides as an opportunity to boost your cycling volume that week.
Yeah, I was thinking of making the centuries as a part of a BBW. Should I go by what is in the Wiki on what to ride in BBW's or is there a specific plan to choose from for that week? Thanks!

Just go with what's in the wiki, we don't have a formal plan for that. That said, I do plan to add guidance in wk16 and 17 of the IM plans for options for dialing up the cycling volumes in those weeks, but not sure when that will be done and/or where those weeks land in your TSR.
Im racing Raleigh Half on May 30th. I was going to race an Oly 4 weeks prior and ride a Century bike 3 weeks prior. Something came up so I cant race the Oly anymore. I could stick with the Century but there is a Sprint I could do instead that weekend because Im not doing the Oly. My question is, should I race the Sprint or ride the Century? Thanks!

Century would be good, because it's a century, but would also be good to race a triathlon of any distance. In the end I don't think it matters too much, though with my coach-ey hat on I'd be leaning towards the Century vs the Sprint. But...whichever sounds like more fun, I suppose. The good thing about organized centuries is that you can get into a fast group and absolutely destroy yourself and have a good time doing it.
Hey Coach Rich. Need some guidance on my outseason training. I tried to use the roadmap questionnaire but it requires a race entry and I don't have any for the fall/winter. I just finished my half iron this past weekend on the HIM advanced plan and loaded up the 2 week post race outseason transition plan. I was going to do 4 or 5 weeks of a bike focus, then the 14 week OS plan. Thoughts? Thanks!

Ok, that sounds good, but I'd like you to load up the OS plan on 10/26/15, setting it to end on 1/31/16, so you'll be doing the NovOS with everyone else. Good luck!
I'm going to take off tri's in 2016 and want to focus on biking. I want to do 3 or 4 centuries. Do you recommend going into "maintenance mode" with EN or any suggestions on a cycling plan to follow if I stayed a full time member?
Also, Im looking to purchase some new ENVE 3.4 carbon clinchers. Can you offer deals at Wheel builder? Thanks!

I forgot to ask if you were able to read my Pocono's Half race report from mid September? Thanks!
Not sure. Please post the link here and I'll check it out.
