Where to post?

Hi,

On my training plan page, it says use the "trial member thread for further planning help" -- I posted a question there a few days ago, but haven't heard anything.  I'm not sure what is the usual reply time for getting feedback, but I just wanted to make sure I was going about this the right way.

    Dan you are in the right spot. As a trial member I don't know if you can post outside of this forum. I don't usually visit this forum myself as trial members come and go and I thought the coaches monitor this site, as it is in their best intrest to do so.
    SO what is the question?
