Season Plan - delayed start date

My final race for this season is this Sunday (Oct. 20th), and after a long training year I figure I need to take 6 weeks away from tri training to give myself a break before jumping right into the 2014 plan.

My plan would be to focus on strength training, a bit of swim technique, and unstructured cardio, and was thinking I would start the OS plan on December 2nd.

Any issues? If not, would you mind confirming what the restacked season plan would look like?

My goal race is IM Mount Tremblant (August 17) as well as Mount Tremblant 70.3 in June. And I have dropped the "C" races in my original plan as suggested.

I recommend you use the rest of your trial to decide if we are a good fit for you. If yes, you would start the OS on Jan6 with the rest of the team vs Dec 2 and I've have you in one of our running training plans until then.

If you would like to stay on board, people submit another Season Planning survey with your reworked schedule, etc. That puts it in the box where I look for and do those SP's. Thanks.

  • I'll stick with the Oct 28th start date - will take a complete unstructured week after this Sunday and then will start on the 28th will the original plan.

    Thanks,

    Robert
