Pavol Blaho - Run Durability 1 (week 3 question)
Hello coach Patrick,
Quick question - I am thinking about doing a small 10K race (as cat 'C') this Saturday. I am on the 3rd week of Run Durability 1, and am supposed ride on Sat and run on Sunday (MS: 70' @ GRP). I assume it's ok for me to switch Sat ride to Sun, and I expect to run the 10K somewhere around 40min, hopefully better. Should I just run the other 30 mins later in the day, or right after the race to get to the 70' total or just not do the race at all?
