TRAINER ROAD O.S. 2014 FOR DUMMIES?

I´m new to TR and can not / don´t know how to find / access the announced 2014 OS workouts loaded into Trainer Road.

Any pointers?

  • Juan, I've been digging into this, also, since this is my first time with TR.

Nate @ TR told me that there will be a new link to request access very soon. The wko's have been done, from RnP, and the TR guys and 'getting them ready'. But, they are aware that the old link to request access is down. A new one is coming soon. He mentioned this weekend so let's check then.
  • Is there a way to create a workout "playlist"?
ie: I created the warmup as a custom workout, i'd like to automatically go straight from "warmup" to "2014 OS WK1 Thurs Beg"
without having to get off the trainer and load part 2
  • Steve,

the only way I can think of is to take the two workouts and merge them in the creator. Kind of a PIA but I cant think of anything else.

  • Got it Steve!

Do this  in the Workout Creator

Open one TR workout, select the start, hold ctrl and select the end, then create snippet.

Open second TR workout and add the snippet you just created.

You will probably have to alter the transition between the 2 workouts slightly

  • yeah, i guess i'll just do a quick hop off and hop back on
  • have you downloaded the software to your computer Brenda. thats where they are
  • The app should be on your desk top so no worries about loosing it. Have you tried to refresh and sync the workouts down at the left hand corner of the black box you have open? It should automatically but try it again then in the top of the box  "workouts" section click on that and then go to the trainer road box at the top start by typing in 2014 os and they should start to populate the black box for workouts
  • Also Brenda TR is setup where you have the "app" on your computer and then it uploads to the trainer road site. So you really never have to login to the website to do your workouts. You bring the app up by looking in your program file or likely when you downloaded the software it saved as shortcut on your desktop. If you would like to call me let me know. I may be able to walk you through it.
  • got it figured out. sorry for the panic.
