Thinking about purchasing WKO? Might want to sit tight for now

I am considering purchasing WKO+ software. I understand v4.0 is being launched very soon.



If I purchase v3.0 now, will I be able to upgrade to v4.0 for free? If not, I will wait for v4.0 to launch.

I'm kind of irritated about this, too, because my TP account is about to come up for renewal, and I'd be pretty happy with Mac-based WKO if it were an option, which it theoretically is supposed to be.
