going to be hiking in the himalayas, leaving 11-19, coming back to ny 12-3. should i change anything in my outseason program or just take 2 weeks "off".
back in town, climbed my first himalaya peak, was amazing, i think there is an 8000m peak in my furture. anyway, got back lost 6 lb, feel like i am in great shape. which os wek should i continue with?
just saw that 70.3 boulder is sold out, didn't register in time... a good option for a prep half for im boulder would be syracuse on 6/22 but i am worried this is too close to im boulder. what do you think? would the eagleman or raleigh be better? please let me know asap.

Load up the OS plan to end on 2/2 and then you'll be jumping into the OS where all of the Oct28th starter are.
Am in Europe now until the 6th, then back until the 11th, then Europe again until the 16th, then Denver on the 19th until the 24th. No bike available at this time, but I can do running work outs. Maybe even a little bit of swimming. Would you please advise how to deal with this situation. Ribs are fine, I can work. And I will have the opportunity to do some cross work in cross country and alpine skiing. Lmk Gary

Hi Gary,
I recommend you add 1-2 runs per week to your existing schedule, using this as an opportunity to go a bit heavy on the run. Additional guidance here in the wiki.
Have I done a Season RoadMap for you? If yes, follow that. If no, or it needs to be updated, please complete the Season Planning Survey under the Training tab above and I'll do that for you.
you have done a season road map, am supposed to be swimming now, but no chance to do so, maybe you would be so kind as to review the road map and make appropriate changes based on the information i gave you above. or would you prefer me to do the season planning survey again and take it from there?
I'm looking at the Season Plan I did for you back on October of last year. I recommend you go ahead and load up the Bike or Run Focused training plan, choosing the weaker of your two sports, per that Season Plan.
You're still very far away from IM Boulder so this trip/compromised training period will have no effect in the long run.

Nah, just train normally until your trip and we'll talk about where to pick it back up when you get back.

No, a HIM 6/22 is fine for Boulder
Yes, but please start with OS Wk1.
