Bootcamps
Hi!
I have a question about my upcoming OS plan. I have been going to bootcamps (a combination of cardio, strength training, plyometrics, tabata ect.) for 2 years. It is a large part of my current workout routine but it is also a social thing for me too! So I have been doing the Run Durability plan since I joined 2 weeks ago, and have kept bootcamps in my plan. Now I am starting Outseason and I'm not sure what to do. I go 2x a week right now and I know that might be too much. Would it be possible to do 1x week? I want to make sure to follow the plan and do what is suggested to help me achieve my goals, however it will be hard to give up that connection with friends. Any thoughts or advice? Thanks!!

HI Coach, Thanks for getting back to me!
Right now I go Tuesday nights 6:30 and Saturday mornings at 8:30.
I can also do Wednesday at 5:30 if that works better in my plan....
Or you could ride Tues AM, run Tues PM, rest until 5:30p for Wed then ride Thurs AM or PM.

Thanks for helping me work this out, it's really important to me and I am happy to at least get in one class a week!! I think I will do the Wednesday at 5:30 with a run in the am (I run every Wednesday morning right now anyways,) I will just plan to ride Thursday PM to make sure my legs are ready. Thanks so much for your feedback!
