Jud's Questions

Hi Guys!

 My training plan tells me that I am in week 3 of 2 in the Move/Change Plan.  I looked for another to load, but the Run Durability Plan is not there.  I am starting the OS next week.  What should I do for this week?

  • Jud, I went to your plan and it was in week Four of the PreSeason plan (not ideal) so I adjusted you to be in the final week of the Getting Started plan. You should be all set to close out this week and prep for the OS....good luck!!!
