Season Plan Change
Rich,
Due to business and some injuries I am only at OS Week 5 instead of Week 10. My season plan remains the same except for the fact that I am dropping the 140.6 in July. Have to try and do all my events before July and/or late in the year. Am a bit worried about the 13.1 in Feb 2, wanting it to be an A race. Any suggestions to modify plan?

Just keep following the OS, in whatever week you're in, until 12/9 when you'll load up the Run Focused plan per my instructions. You'll be fine for the half marathon, I'm sure. You've got plenty of time for that.
