Coach P - Would greatly appreciate your help in rearranging my OS WK1.

I can start my testing week on Tuesday, shift everything one day down and skip my Friday off day.

or

I can do my run test Monday, off day Tuesday, and bike test Wednesday.

*I am out of town Thursday (24 oct) - Tuesday (29 Oct) morning. I fly in early Tuesday and then heading to work. 

Off the top of my head I am thinking of two options:

  • @David I say you plan on early AM run test Monday..Tues off..then early AM test Wed (48 hours rest)...Thursday off..then Fri-Monday you can do the runs...easy on Fri/Sat like 45' steady in Zone 2....Sunday is the scheduled run. Monday is a short 30' run. Tuesday off, Wed pick up with Wed intervals!!!!
