I don't know how I did it, but I won my age group.  okay, enough bragging....

I did what the HIM wiki said to do... had plenty left over for the run and amazingly followed my plan. 

almost a PR and won my AG by more than 40 minutes.  biggest difference this year?  it was not hot!

    Your second line explains the first ...

    EN is secret sauce for OFs - most old folks have given up on working "hard", because that's what they see in the society around them - get round and grey and lethargic after 55. We're proving there's no need for that, and we get rewarded like this. Fun, isn't it? I (and others I'm sure) are really proud of you.
