Which Trainer Road test numbers to enter into the EN power calculator?
I'm using virtual power with Trainer Road and yesterdays test was my first time ever riding with power and all these numbers are still a bit foreign to me. In the EN power calculator, which numbers from Trainer Road should I be entering into which fields in the calculator? I get the 20' FTP field, that one's easy, but should I be entering my NP and distance for the *entire* 1:10 workout, including recoveries, into the other fields? It just seems odd to be entering test data that includes recovery breaks.

Your average HR for the 20' period is your LTHR.
You can input the other numbers into the calculator, but to the best of my knowledge they aren't really used for anything if you are a power athlete (or virtual power)...
If you are using Virtual Power, my advice is to also know what tire pressure you were using and do all of your workouts and future tests at that same tire pressure and with the same setting on the clamp that sets the drum against your rear wheel. This will give you the most repeatable results with the virtual power going forward.
