OMG, I'm tired!
I don't know why I pushed so hard on that 70.3! I should be saving it for IM Cozumel. I think I was pushing for real race practice.
anyway, I did win age group by 45 minutes! I kept seeing ladies with grey hair pass me so I put on the after burners on run and kept my pace. I think I spiked on the bike a little bit but stayed in the box. (I believe my average was 125 on watts which is just fine but I spiked on hills over 200!).
anyway, this week I've been slacking. I did nothing on Monday, slept late on Tuesday and today. I have yoga today and then some bike workout planned. my heart rate is okay but my restwise score showed not so good (fatigue, bad mood and insomnia) I slept well last night and I'm back to 80 on RW. should I jump back in there? work schedule is only two day shifts on weekend.
Austin 70.3 at 5:49:19... would have been 6th for ag younger than me.. but number 1 for my ag. woohoo! off to monttremblant!

I think I have this figured out though I will juggle long run and sprints around due to work schedule.
