Bike and run test for OS
Most of the areas I ride and run are rolling hills and I did both of my test bike and run outside so should I have done anything different being it is asking for flat areas? Don't get me wrong there were some flat stretches in the test but not for long periods.

The reason the tests should be done on the flat is so that you can have a more consistent output or pace. That makes it easier to replicate a test the next time you do it. I think it's easier to get away with doing a bike test on a rolling course if you're cognizant of pressing as you go down the hills. what you're looking for I'd the most consistent output you can manage for the entire test. That being said, you should repeat your test on the same course the next time if you want to compare the two.
Flat is best but it is what it is. As long as you're able to get a quality test on the same venue, that's good enough.
Moving this to Power and Pace forum where you'll get more eyeballs on it.
