Swim Camp Training Plan

Coach Rich,

Thanks for creating my Season Road Map for my first IM, 2014 IMWI.  I do have one question, you had indicated a Swim Camp Training Plan.  Can you tell me where I can find this plan?  I was looking under the "Training Plan" drop down menu and could not find it.  Please advice. Thanks!
