Drew Robinson's Micro Thread

Coaches,

 I am starting the 2nd week of NOS this week, I've had unexpected work travel come up this week and will be away from my bike starting Tuesday until Sunday. I was thinking of doing a bike workout tomorrow instead of an off day, then doing a run focus until Sunday when I can do a brick. Then I'll do a bike focus next week and be back on schedule by Friday. Thoughts?

  • Drew, while you are on the road, a run focus plan is okay. I like keeping the OS runs and other days doing 45 minute runs in Zone2 with some strides at the end. On Sunday do the Saturday ride, no need to run after it. Then the following week is fine, no need to bike focus it up...just stay healthy!!!
