Updated the Run Durabilty PDF...specifically GRP information...

I was getting a lot of feedback that the Goal Race Pace of Zone 1 / LRP as a final training target wasn't really sufficient to create training stress; as a result I have modified the guidance to be the midpoint of Zone 1 / Zone 2. So if your Z1 pace is 9:00 per mile and your Z2 pace is 8:00 per mile, then your Goal Race Pace for the Run Durability Plan is 8:30 per mile!
