Run zones Vdot

I have messed up my run zones somehow. How do I edit my profile? I have myself running paces of 4:30 & 5:00 min miles. While this looks like I'm a super studette, I'm not.

  • @Kim, you are TOTALLY a studette! You can change your zones in the EN Calculator tab under Training Zones. If your 5k time is slower than 29:30, you might need to use an external system until we add those zones in. You can do that using this calculator: http://attackpoint.org/trainingpaces.jsp?eqdist=1500&vdot=31.

    The only one you won't be able to get there is your Zone3 pace, so you'll need to use the predicted half marathon time from the Attack Point website above, put it in the pace calculator over on CoolRunning.com (http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/4/4_1/96.shtml) to determine your per mile pace....that's your Zone3 pace.

    Then you can manually enter them in your pace zones by clicking your name at the top, then editing your profile...
