Pre-OS Nov 11-17

Mom ate my Sunday workout (and is still here through tomorrow), so I hopped on the bike for an hour today...as it was actively snowing during my designated workout time (during kids' swimming).

Oy.  5', 3 x 1' hard, 5'.  3 x 10' at 219, 226, 221 NP.  Finished it out for an overall NP of 200 W.  Kind of sad, but hey...it's been a while.
