Tues/Thurs Cycling Workouts
It appears that the Out Season Plan will typically include cycling workouts on Tuesday and Thursday. For 10 weeks starting in January, my local Tri club has a cycling class on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Their workouts entail some intense segments - not long and slow - consistent with the Tues/Thurs EN workouts I've been doing the past few weeks. Does Rich or Patrick have an opinion on whether the group Tri class would be a suitable "swap" for the EN workouts? Ironman Wisconsin is my ultimate goal for 2014, but it's also nice to spend some regular time with my local tri pals.

I totally understand you wanting to train with your friends, but I highly recommend you do your best to make these sessions EN sessions vs their sessions. That's what you're paying us for
