Age-Grade Triathlon Times?

I had fun playing with the handicap numbers produced for this race. The number I got using my best IM time equates to just about what I think I could/should have done if I was at a prime age (about 32-35). At any rate, it's an easy way to shave (virtual) time off your PR! Basically, DIVIDE your race time by your age-graded coeficient, then MULTIPLY by 1.0658 (for men) or 1.211 for women (the coeficients for 30-34). It's the only way I'll ever be able to beat, say, Matt Ancona.
