Added Marathon "Balanced" Plans (Including 2x bike, 1x swim)

Folks, after a few requests, we are pleased to release a new set of "Balanced" Marathon Training Plans. These plans have been modified from "run only" to now include the following: 


  • Replaced Wednesday hill runs with an FTP interval bike (through week 11).
  • Replaced the remaining Wed long runs with a VO2 interval bike (week 12 to end).
  • Added steady bike to sunday skill run session.
  • Added optional swim day on Friday.
