Tuesdays Never Fit
Hi Coach,
As it works out, Tuesdays are the toughest days of the week for me to train. This is the case all year round. If I am able to get anything on a Tuesday, it is likely a quick run early in the AM, but that is about it.
Is there a "standard' switch that I could start applying to all the plans to deal with this?
Just getting ready to start a "Get Faster" followed by an IM plan.

I wouldn't say there is a "standard" switch that would applicable across all of the plans all year, because as the volume and intensity of the plans goes up, the timing/placement of the workouts becomes more important.
It's less so in the GF plan. You say you're able to do quick run in the AM. Can you do the Interval run for that week on Tues AM? Or one of the other runs?
