Modifying OS week 4.. Darn this weather

Well, last night I started to feel a bit under the weather. I'm sure all this temperature changing business didn't particularly help things either. But.. This morning I woke up at 515 for my hard run with a throat that felt like fire. So, I laid in bed till 630 and decided not to push myself. That I would do a light two mile run. My throat is still quite being defiant - my sinuses are not impressed with me either... And I feel like "this isn't happening to me" - as usual.

How should I modify the rest of my week? Thanks
