@Paula, your only goal all week is to show up rested and ready to train. I suggest filling vacant days of Race Week with additional swimming. That's the best and most effective use of your time. Replicate another session from the week or get your own 2,000 yd session in. Warm up, drill then do something like 10 x 100 at goal race pace on 10" rest, etc. I hope your travel is uneventful!!!!
