Joe Orick's Macro Thread

    Thank you for the putting my season together for me. Here is my question:

    You have me doing the Run Durability Training 2 from December 23rd to January 19th. Howver, you have me starting the Outseason Training Plan on January 6th, when I still have 13 days left on the Run Durability Training. Is that correct? Thank you. Joe

    Copied from another Macro Thread earlier today:

    Each of those RD plans is 4wks but I need to give you 6wks worth of workouts. So you're going to load up RD#1 today and when you finish that you'll load up RD #2 to end on Jan 19th. You'll do 2wks of that and then, on Jan 6th, load up the OS plan to end on 4/13. The OS plan will then replace the RD#2 plan and you'll be all set.
