Headphones...for TV in pain cave
For those who watch TV, movies etc while training, what headphones do you hook into your tv? In order to hear over the trainer, I'd had to blast the tv (which is in my garage) and I'm sure the neighbors wouldn't like that at 5:30 in the morning.
I need something with a longer chord than the normal running headphones as my tv hangs on the wall so it's a little ways away from my bike setup. I could always do closed caption but it's just not the same!
Thanks!
Lance

Add a headphone extension cord from Radio Shack or wherever, and you're set.
+1 on extension cord - I use a 16' non-coiled one.
Sennheiser behind the ear headphones with clip for keeping cord out of my knees way while on the trainer - I just now got off Amazon after buying a pair for my wife for Christmas. It told me the last time I bought mine, which I'm still using for running, gym work, and on the trainer, maybe 180+ days/year, was in 2008.
I've used headphones which cover my ears in the past, but that is uncomfortable due to sweat, heat buildup, inability to hear phone, etc

I watch a lot of tv while I ride but use an iPad.
I bought a set of these.

They are bluetooth headphones as my Receiver is about 30 feet from my bike. The little transmitter plugs into my receiver. Now I can watch drama/comedy movies and not just action movies. I got my headphones for a discount due to being a USAT member. Just search the usat site.
