I twisted my ankle a week ago, and have to lay off running until it heals, no problems with the bike work outs, but have an issue with the actual runs, I have been adding stationary rowing at the same intensity (HR) and time as the run work outs, do you think that will be enough?

Hi Niels,
Sorry about your ankle. My left is a noodle, I have to be very careful with it. Rowing isn't a perfect substitute but it's better than nothing and is what it is. Maybe add a cycling workout?
