hi guys,

just got back from a very physical vacation. was gone for 2 weeks. before leaving i finished os week 3. i am not sure if i should continue with os week 4 or 6 now. please advise.

  • @Gary, welcome back. Your vague description of vacation has me seriously intrigued. image I say that you go week 6 but dial the intensity down a bit. So do the 2 x 15' on the bike but maybe at 90% this week instead of 95%...similar dialing back on the run...
  • hi guys i was in a car accident and don't i think i have to take a break (broken rib).
    also, i am basically travelling from this coming saturday straight through the 23rd of february. my though was to focus on running, since this is easy to do, even while travelling.
    please advise...
  • Gary, so sorry to hear about your car accident. I am not sure the jostling of the rib will handle running (elliptical or stairmaster maybe) but note, for most folks with a busted rib even BREATHING is painful. Please start cautiously and with the advice of your DR....we'll get you back when you are healthy!!
