Out Season Workouts
I have a couple of questions about days when both run and cycling workouts are shown. First, my current time constraints are such that it's sometimes difficult to get in a run as well as the cycling workout. Is the run a "nice to do if time allows" workout or is it strongly recommended? Also, on days when I can get in both workouts, should I do the run first? I thought I saw something about this in an EN resource but have not been able to go back and verify this.

On days when we have both a bike and run on the same day, the bike is more important so if something has the slide, make it be the run. If you have to do the run before the bike, the bike has priority so adjust the run, if you need to, to ensure that you're able to execute the bike as written.
