Another Weigh in Wednesday

I almost forgot about this as I have been writing a document for work this mornnig from home.  So how'd everyone fair this week.  I'm the same at 216 which is starting to get annoying so I will have to focus on the nutrition.

  • Oooops, I forgot to weigh it! I'll do it tomorrow morning and will report back. Of course I also forgot to wear green until after I was already dressed this morning too- I'm a mess!
  • Down 1.5# this week, but still very off track for the year.  After I get back from VA Beach this weekend I'm revamping meal plan to try something a little more fringe/exotic/cutting edge based on some information and research I've gotten from my nutrition class this semester.  So I'm still hopeful that I can shed the bulk of the weight before IM training kicks in in June.

  • down another 3 this week. Feeling pretty slugish so far this week, so we'll see how next week turns out. Keep up the hard work everyone!!
  • OK- well I'm not throwing the scale out this week, but I'm not exactly giving it hugs and kisses either. I'm back to my "normal" off-season weight. I'm just hoping that now that I'm doing a little running again my metabolism will kick it up a notch.
